question about a deleted pokemon

Hi , i was wondering if is possible to recover a pokémon that was deleted without any id /info of it. if is so i deleted a rotom by mistake i dunno when and whats was the id , when i today just log in i didn´t have it(maybe long ago), so the only possible thing it was deleted by mistake when i was playing at mobile (smal screen), if is possible can you guys just recover all rotons that i deleted ? thanks in advance. if is not possible i love you guys anyway.

Unfortunately, after checking, I couldn't find the Rotom you deleted by accident.

Make sure to take screenshots of the IDs next time.
