Or if you have Wurmple you can evolve him and after your cascoon will have harden and an other attack

Oran berry are not longer from headbutting.

have been headuttinng trough everywhere in kanto what i've found:

Route 12 cherubi

route 14 natu :y:

 

Also !! i've heard from several players that there is a different spawn from headbutt between time of the day.

can't confirm it for 100% but i've never had a natu from headbutt in pewter city during the day. (might be worth looking into)
