my friend lent me a good level Pokémon High soon after I was doing trade with another guy and I went to put the pokémon of my friend in my team because it was in the computer there he gave it a lock and how it was doing with the guy appeared the screen to confirm trade only that as the game I locked I clicked to delete the pokémon and it was what happened as someone help me please the pokémon is not mine and it was not my intention to delete it.

i really dont understand
