Okay it's simple She's able to log onto the forums but unable to see posting or treads instead she gets "This board has no forums." message https://prntscr.com/6mppyr https://prntscr.com/6mpw63 So that's the problem we're (we as a community)dealing with she ask if Enki could shine some light on her problem.
