Why the paras is not learning spore?

Hi there. If you would like to teach your Shroomish Spore, you are able to do so by going to a Move Relearner and teaching it Stun Spore first. Afterwards, enter the relearner's interface again and you should be able to learn Spore now. Relearners are located in the locations below.

Kanto - Cerulean City; Saffron City; Tutor Heaven

Johto - Goldenrod City; Blackthorn City

Hoenn - Slateport City marketplace; Sootopolis City

Sinnoh - Snowpoint City and Hearthome City
