The ability is banned or only in certain poke? Hi there. Speed Boost is only banned when it is on Blaziken. You may refer to our PvP Rules for the bannable moves in PvP. Since you're using it on Scolipede, it is fine. 2. All Pokemon with 601+ Base Stats are banned in the Ranked ladder (With the exception of Slaking). Other Uber tier Pokemon (specifically Speed Boost Blaziken (BlazeBlaziken is allowed)) are also banned. You can check the list here. Screenshots evidence is required.
