What have you done before the problem was there?

I tried to log in and create my character it won even allow me to choose any of the Hair styles, etc etc, nor can i press the ok button or the M/F button.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried logging out and in again didnt fix my problem.

I had that same problem. I discovered it would only happen to me when I set the Hair Style value back to zero. Changing genders also resets all values to zero, including the Hair Style. As long as you do not click the gender buttons, or set the Hair style back to zero by any means, then it seems to allow you to create your character. :Cry:

This is worth a shot.

 

Everyone who has experienced this glitch in the past has eventually been able to get past it, so just keep trying. :)

In order to fix this problem you will have to restart the whole client. After that you can log in again and change your characters appearence
