Can't do anything with Kanto Pokémon

I just started to play the game again. I am in Mauville City in Hoenn. I can't switch the region yet, but I still have 3 pokémon from Kanto in my team (I don't know how) and I can't put them in my pc neither can I switch their position in my team with an other pokémon. I don't know how to play the game like this. Does anybody had the same problem or know how to solve this?

I will lock this topic as the problem has been resolved ingame.
