just did a merge and Im trying to switch pokemon out on my team/put them in the storage and it wont let me, and when my starterdied I cant switch out to another and I think im softlocked

I dont think there's actually any pokemon on my team besides my starter but its showing there is. Please Help ASAP!!!

EDIT: all pokes Are actually owned by me but just stuck in my party.

Im having trouble moving pokemon INTO my party, is this part of the same problem?

 

That's probably because you recently started Johto and can't use Kanto Pokes there till you beat the 8th Gym. Have a nice day, M3ru3m
