Hi there. First, the new soundtrack is the official soundtrack in the game, which is what PRO takes after. If you dislike the music, you can go into the Options and lower or mute the Music Volume under the "Sound" tab. As for the rain, it rains indoors because we used to use outdoor maps for caves to allow mounts. Try to restart your client. Afterwards, reduce or mute the SFX Volume in the "Sound" tab since the Rain is connected to this. If you're on a mount, you can also disable the music in the sound tab.
