I use outlook phone did not work

first I opened a new outlook account, then I did the registration code I did the same steps on the phone I applied

Could you please try to use a VPN, deleting your cookie and caches and try to use a different browser like Chrome or Firefox.

 

Also, please make sure to use GMAIL as your main for creating the account.
