I started playing PRO about 59h 32min ago... All this time I thought it was normal not to get xp and cash from gym leaders and bosses, but I recommended the game to my friend and saw thathe does get xp and cash from them ( No I have not lost to them I know that after losing you dont get xp and cash ) Please help this is irritating me.

To confirm what Namelesshero said, you will not get any Experience Points if you battle a Gym Leader for the second time, any other try besides the first one will not give you EXP either. Bosses only drop money if you manage to beat them, you will not get EXP from them either. You can find more information about all available bosses here. Please note that all bosses have a Red-coloured name above them. Furthermore, please do not rage at any of the people here that tried to help you.
