i can do nothing about that

1. i try to delete all previous PRO versions, even used antivirus softwore to delete everything in my computer

2. i try to download the newest client and reinstall the whole client

3. i try to restart my internet connection and reset computer again and again

4. i try to open the game without opening anyother softwore even though antivirus softwore

5. i try to connect with a vpn

but nothing happen, at last my account has been banned 14 days until the end of xmas day

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try the following:

  • Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive. Please attach screenshot of folder path if this doesn't fix it.
  • Restart your computer
  • Run the program as Administrator
  • Disable your Firewall and Reinstall.
  • Install .NET Framework 4.0 if client closes but patcher doesn't open.
  • Delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the new client found here

 

About your ban, it won't be discussed outside of the DISCIPLE APPEAL SECTION, as stated in our RULES, and your current open appeal because that is forbidden. Just be patient and remember that you can bump your thread every 24 hours.
