Hi @Jazlan94 ! I would like to inform you that, for the Kanto Elite Four, you can train your Pokémon in the Victory Road or in Seafoam B4F since those are the only areas you can access with your progress. Take note that it is possible. and suggested, to beat the Elite Four simply using a Gyarados and a Gengar with a level around 85 and not necessarily level 100. Also, keep in mind that evolving your Pokémon will make them require more experience to level up. Therefore, it is suggested to evolve them when they are high levels.
