I can download the files for PRO, but after I extract the files and try to start up the actual application, nothing happens. I did this, waited for 30 mins, and my screen stayed on my desktop. I would like to say sorry for the inconvenience that you are experiencing. To address your issue, could you start off by re-downloading the latest client at the link I have below. Before downloading the new client again, please be sure to remove and delete all other PRO client files from your system.

After you are done downloading again try logging into the game regularly. If you still are experiencing problems try the trouble shooting options down below:

 

Crash issues or other issues

Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files (https://tinyurl.com/deletetempfiles), and even from the trashbin, before you download the new client.
