App crashes in safari

My game has been crashing in the safari since many days. It has crashed 3 times today and i am really frustrated by this please check to screenshot of the crash and help me out. Thank you.

Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please try the following steps to fix the crash:

- Check if you have the right specifications.

- Check if your drivers are upto date, or just update them a driver update software.

- Try using compatibility mode -> Windows 7

- Scan your computer and clear out the cache.

- Make sure that PRO32.EXE or PRO64.EXE are added to your firewall exceptions.

- You download the DirectX files HERE.

remember , for low computers that really happens , because the ram located is to low when you open something that can happen .
