I'm sorry for the inconvenience experienced.

I would like to inform you that we are currently working on a way to give another chance to players to catch Manaphy if it has been killed or a disconnection/crash has been experienced.

Once this option will be added, you will simply have to fight and defeat the boss Nikola that you can find in the Unknown Place, in the TRAINER VALLEY

 

Unfortunately, i cannot give you an estimated time for when this will happen, but you can stay tuned on the #announcements channel of our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD for further announcements.

Well, since Shinohara's last message the Nikola boss was implemented and can now be fought. If you fight Nikola and win, you'll be able to refight Manaphy to catch him. Sadly, there's no other way around it. You can wait for a staff member to answer you and they'll give you details, or you can simply look it up in the forums :)
