¬Excalidow is a dual (Steel/Ghost) pokemon. It looks like a ghost covered in a black torned cloak with 2 blade hands. His eyes shine with a purple glow and it is said that if you look into them you will paralyze so we suspect that he can control some electric-type abilities too. They appear only at night time in the pokemon tower from lavender town, in the grave from kanto or in the dark cave from johto. They are extremely rare pokemons so you will not encounter them too much, but if you do, be sure that you catch them before they paralyze you and your pokemons.
