before i start i must say my english is very bad, and sorry for this.

 

ive write with Keita in discord and he say me after talk to you, i must create a Thread here in Forum.

 

 

Now..

 

Ive registers on pro in 2016 and have much playing on alt Server. Now i playing on Silver server after paused the Game for 6-7 months.

Now i play again since 2 weeks. All was cleared all ubahn/teleport quests, all regions played (sinnoh i maked last days), sevi all was cleared but only i miss my Mew and the quest for celurean cave and dragons den etc.

i have 100% catch Mew on Alt server and makes the quest for celerean cave and dragons den etc.

Yo ich denke mal du hast deinen Account einfach falsch gemerged/zusammengeführt. Dadurch kann es sein, dass du deinen Spielstand verloren hast. Falls du dich erinnern kannst gab es nen roten und nen blauen server. Ich vermute du hast den jeweils anderen Server fortschritt übernommen und hast so deinen Spielstand dann verloren

 

Und es wird dir noch ein weiterer Staffmember antworten mach dir da keine sorgen ^^ Die können in deine Accountdaten etc schauen. Viel glück

Ich habe aber damals nur auf einem account aktiv gespielt, als ich wieder zurück kam vor kurzem wurde ich ja gefragt welche daten ich nehmen will.. und ich habe die genommen in der ich schon 480std gespielt hatte... auf dem anderen waren 2min gespielt

ich habe wie gesagt zu 100000% mew gefangen.. war auch damals im dragons den immer pokemon lvln und alles.. 10000% :D

 

aber das werden die ja dann sehen, wenn reingeschaut wird.

I would like to assure you that you selected the correct server while merging, so you don't have to worry about that.

I finished to check your account and i will now inform you with the results of the research:

• MEW:
  You never had a Mew, even when you were playing on the Blue Server. Take note that the requirements of the mew quests are the following:
  
  • Get 225h+ playtime
    
  • Be Johto Champion
    
  • 71 evolved Pokemon ✭
    
  • Get Dragon Medallion
    
  • Get All Kanto Pokemon caught (except Mewtwo, Articuno, Moltres Zapdos that need to be seen)
    

  With the requirements said, i'm sorry to inform you that you only have 130 Pokémon Native of Kanto caught, and not the required 147. You are able to check that by interacting with the Professoark Oak in pallet. For further information about the mew quest you can check the LEGENDARY MEGATHREAD GUIDE

 

• Transmat Quest : You succefully completed it and you have access and can use it without any problem.
  
• Sinnoh : You have completed Sinnoh and you're now Sinnoh Champion
  
• Sevii Island: You are able to access the Sevii Islands without any problem as it require an active membership that you have. Further info about Sevii Island can be found here SEVII ISLAND GUIDE
  

 

• Cerulean Cave: You didn't unlock Cerulean Cave here or on the Blue Server, in fact you still miss the Dragon Medallion, required to access the Dragon Den B1F to challenger Lance.
  To start the quest enter the Dragon Club and buy a Blackthorn Club Card for $200.000 from the Head Recruiter, after that continue with the quest interacting with the Prize Giver and completing all the task that he will give you. Once you have completed everything, go in the Dragon Den B1F and defeat Lance to unlock the Cerulean Cave.
