I'd appreciate it if we could be informed as to why the server is down.. went down at 2am uk time and its now 10:26am and I'm hearing people worry saying its closing?

 

Could you please shed some light on the problem so people can stop creating threads and worrying about it.. sorry to rant but i donated a fair amount of money last night and I'd like to be reassured everythings ok.

Its not closing, the game server is just down and the staff is busy with real life things. There's no ETA to when its coming back, but the game will be back. :)

Sometimes, the one's who reboot the server aren't online, so that takes up for additional downtime just as DanielxPlus said.
