Hi, i want to change the password of my account(i created an account and played a lot of hours in 2016). I already tried to reset password and checked my e-mail but i don´t see any email to be able to reset my password. I don´t want to play the game from the start again. Could you please help me with this problem?. I had to create this account to be able to post here. The name of my account created on 2016 is: "Vitolo33"

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please check that you're accessing the correct email? If yes, could you please download a new browser and then try to reset again your password using that?

Take note that it may take up to 30 minutes to be received and it can be sent to the junk folder or spam one.

Hi , at first i used Mozilla Firefox using the link on the picture i send you, then i tried on Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge. I already let the time pass by almost 1 hour but i don´t receive any email to reset the password, i´m sure that i am sending the correct email direction because i have checked my email and looking for an old email activation of my account, and i found it on the email so it must be the correct email.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please try to reset it through your smartphone? It may be an issue related to your cookie/cache that blocks the email.

Using your smartphone, or totally download a new browser and not using one that was already installed your pc (therfore not edge/explorer) should be able to solve your issue.

Please try them and let me know if you've been able to solve your issue.

Ok, it was actually my bad. I didn´t see junk email on my app of email in windows 10. Sorry , ia lready reset password, thanks you for the help.
