unfortunately, this feature does not exist. If you want to start over, there is only possibility for you with a new account. It's even allowed to have multiple accounts, so you do not have to worry about that.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, i'm sorry to inform you that you cannot reset your account as of now due to the topic being closed. If you'd like to reset your account, you'd have to wait until the Admins open the topic once again. The topic can be found here for future reference : ACCOUNT RESET & NAME CHANGE.

Nevertheless, as stated in our GAME RULES, you are allowed to have a maximum of 4 accounts.

2. Each person is allowed a maximum of four owned accounts. You may only have one account per email.

Take note that, if the chance of reset your progress or change name will be available again, there is not an estimated time for when it will happen. You can keep an eye out in the #announcements of our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD for further announcements.

Also, for what regard the F2/Console, you should be able to open it on android by swapping down from the top of your display.

There is no difference. They only level faster and there is no real disadvantage.

I'm really happy to see that your issue has been solved. About the Pokémon, there is really no difference in the stats if you evolve it before or later.

The only difference is the experience, if you evolve a Pokémon it will require more experience points to level up, and therefore leveling it will be slower.
