I think, if you disable animations, that you should remove the guy throwing the pokeball animation. It would make it faster for hunting and level up.

i think it will faster if you train in better place with better exp per win

I agree but if it was just a option with wild pokemons to remove the "throwing the ball animation" it would be nice but just for wild pokemons and by that I mean not pvp/npc battles

All animations are broken and takes time and should be possible to disable. :)
