Hello! I saw this in another pokemon game, and I think it could be good in this game too. The item there is called "swarm flute" (it is available on their donator's shop), and it activate a swarm of 2 pokémons in a random map of the region. I know in PRO we already have the outbreaks so here the item could be called outbreak flute or some other thing. This item could be in donator shop and/or be available as a reward for something.
