Fluffles
nothings working.. i don't know what to try Hi there. Can you please try all of the following? Also, please link the patcher error text file you receive. Install .NET Framework 4.0 if client closes but patcher doesn't open. Delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the new client found here Restart your computer Run the program as Administrator Disable your Firewall and Reinstall. Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive. Please attach screenshot of folder path if this doesn't fix it. Let me know if this fixes it for you. ♡ General Support ♡ PRO Reporting ♡ Punishment Policy ♡ Discipline Appeals ♡ Please do not contact staff members for private support. Fluffles
is there anyway to download a .java client or able to make one? those seem to work best on this computer for some odd reason HI there. Unfortunately, we only have a Windows, Mac, and Android download as of now. The windows version should be suitable to your device. Could you please specify if your device if x32 or x64 bit? You can check this by doing the following: 1. Point to the lower-right corner of the screen, and then click Search. 2. Type system in the search box, and then tap or click Settings. 3. Tap or click System. If you are running a 64-bit version, 64-bit Operating System is displayed in the System type field under the System heading. If you are running a 32-bit version, 32-bit Operating System is displayed in the System type field under the System heading. Please make sure you've tried everything I've suggested in this thread as this should normally fix your issue. Also, please ensure you're downloading the correct version for your PC. Let me know if you need anything else. ♡ General Support ♡ PRO Reporting ♡ Punishment Policy ♡ Discipline Appeals ♡ Please do not contact staff members for private support. Fluffles
x64 bit Hi there. Please make sure you're downloading from our Windows client as shown in the image. Also, please install .NET Framework 4.0 or higher as this should fix your issue. If this is the case and it still does not work, please do the following: - Go to the folder C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Temp\ (Replace YourUsername with your Windows usernamen). - Find a folder that starts with PRO_ and open it. If you have more than one, open the latest one. Start the ClientPatcher.exe. ♡ General Support ♡ PRO Reporting ♡ Punishment Policy ♡ Discipline Appeals ♡ Please do not contact staff members for private support.
