It is possible that you refused to evolve when the window popped up or it has been sent automatically to your PC and therefore it didn't evolve. However, i can help you to trade evolve your Pokémon in order to evolve it. Could you log in-game in order to trade-evolve your haunter? Looking forward to your reply, have a wonderful day !
