I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

It is possible that you refused to evolve when the window popped up or it has been sent automatically to your PC and therefore it didn't evolve. However, i can help you to trade evolve your Pokémon in order to evolve it.

Could you log in-game in order to trade-evolve your haunter?

I think your pokemon wont evolve if its goes to PC after trade so make sure you have a empty slot when do the trade
