hey i stoped playin ages ago and wanted to play again today. i saw that there was kinda a reset but i got all my pokemon and items and money and cant place them in the storage.

in the chat they told me that it seems to be a bug.

if i shall start again with 0 badges i like to have my pokemon atleast in the storage and start with a new starter pokemon so theres atleast some fun

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Before proceeding with your issue, could you please confirm me that you want to totally restart your story?

It seems like you've picked the wrong server while merging, therefore we are able to unmerge your account if you do not want to lose your story-progress.

im confused- would i loose every pokemon or are they just inside my storage?

id like to start new but keep my old things if it is possible ofc :Dif not so id like to think a bit

I would like to inform you that your Unfenzant, Blaziken, Forretress, Leavanny and Shellder have been moved to your PC as native of other regions.

I left charizard in your team as it was not stuck and you can move it freely into your PC when you most prefer.

Could you please log in game and check that?

 

Also, in the future please use the POKEMON STUCK MEGATHREAD if you should have any stuck pokemon in your team.
