There is a npc called cronky who was asking for a klefki since there is no cancel option i selected the first poke that i saw hoping to be cancelled like digs one and then it took my bishard =(

All happen when steven (Npc) told me to investigate to able to enter the cave and fight Steven Boss.

there is a pre evo of my bishard if that help.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Since your pokemon was taken by an NPC, there is no guarantee that I can have it restored for you. However, I have gone over and forwarded your request to our Admins to see if you can possibly get it restored. However, do note that I make no promises, and that our Admins are simply volunteers and act in their own time. In the future, please be more careful. Do note that Cronky does indeed have a decline option.

Hi there. Unfortunately according to our Administrators, a Developer is needed in order to restore your pokemon. I'll see if he can restore it. However, do note that our developers are busy and it may take a while before they even see our request. After all, PRO Staff are simply volunteers and act in their own time.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. Your Bisharp has been restored. It should now be in the last slots of your PC. Can you check that for me please? Also, I have deleted the Klefki you've gotten from the trader so it's as if the trade never happened.
