is there any pokemon who knows or able to learn headbutt and dig at the same time?

i tried bringing marowak to headbutt tutor bit he says marowak is not able to learn headbutt

cubone (pre evo from marowak) can learn headbutt when it reach lv 11

Furret can learn both ( not by level-up) along with cut/surf/covet/rock smash, making it one of the best HM slaves in the game in my opinion

Linoone learns Headbutt via level-up, and Dig via TM.

 

The Viridian Maze tutor is a bit buggy, it seems, it doesn't accept some Pokemon who should be able to learn the move, such as Marowak and Dewgong.
