Can someone help me my Game Keeps Crashing and Freezing

When i start the launcher its always freeze in checking updates Then It Crash Can someone help me please

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you play try please try the following procedure in then the same exact order i give you:

  1. Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else.
  2. Install the latest version of .NET Framework
  3. Restart your computer
  4. Totally disable your Firewall and Antivirus
  5. Download again the game from HERE
  6. Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive. (Not directly in C: or D: , but you can put them in your documents into a folder like this: CLIENT FOLDER)
  7. Run the program as Administrator

If you will succeed in solving your issue, please remember to reactivate your antivirus and firewall and add an exception to PRO Folder/Client.

Please, let me know if you have been successful in solving your error and if you have any further questions.

Could you please check the requirements here below and see if you meet them:

Operating Systems: Windows Vista+, Mac OS X 10.7+, Ubuntu 10.10+.

Graphics Card: DX9 (shader model 2.0) capabilities; generally everything made since 2004 should work.

CPU Speed: 2Ghz+ Processor recommended.

Ram: 2GB+ recommended.

hi install framework and direct at least. check if your computer can run in compatible mode and run it as win7.

 

Stop working normally is:

-Not enough ram available or HDD is damaged or to slow.

-Framework 3.5 and direct x 9c
