Every time I try to log into Gold Server I get "user already logged on" message. Checked on discord and they recommended I make a post here. Thanks for taking the time to help.

Hi @savings

I'm sorry to hear about your isituation.

Could you please tell me if you have waited at least 10 minutes since you last logged out and without pressing login?

If not, can you please try to wait 10 minutes without trying to login and see if it fixes your error?

Looking forward to your reply, have a wonderful day!

Hey Shinohara

Thank you for the quick response, I tried what you suggested (waited for 20mins) and unfortunately, I'm still getting the same message. A little more information about what happened before the problem occurred. I traveled to Eumi Island and then I couldn't move at all. I could still use chat and open up backpack etc. Tried re-logging to fix the problem and just got the "user already logged on" message.

Thanks again, Savings
