Heyyy,

 

I hope I'm not being that guy right now by asking about the server status, but I really think something is wrong.

 

The website does NOT say that the server is locked, but I am unable to log-in.

 

 

 

It's my understanding that the forums and client are linked, so I don't understand how my account is not activated.

 

 

 

Again, I know my password is correct because I can log-in the forums. I reset my password, but that didn't help here either.

 

I'm in the IRC if anyone can help poor lil ol' me. :(

I was trying to tell you in IRC, you(and maybe other 3-4) made your account during the time we made a Rollback to the accounts, so you might need to make your account again or make another one. If you want to stick with your name, talk to Red, since he is one of the Staff members that manages accounts (I personally don't know if he can fix this issue, just tiped a suggestion)

Make sure you are using your new password (the one that you made when you registered on the new forums)

 

Also the game is currently open for testing, so I hope this issue gets resolved soon :Grin:

Yes.

 

When I try to reset the password, it even sends me a new e-mail. From that e-mail I follow the link, enter a new password, and then when I try to sign in again, it says my username/password is invalid.

My avatar got disabled suddenly though I could use it not too long ago. Is it cause im new or did the rules change?
