hello, i am new to this game and i first download windows 64bit client. and when i log in, there is no interface. i ask around on discord and they told me to go to pallet town. still the interface did not show up. then i download de 32bit client. still the same, no interface.

what i tried :

1.restart pc

2.change server to gold

3.use vpn

4.change my pc system locale

none one works

To address your issue can you please try the following below?

1. Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too).
   
2. Restart your computer/device and router
   
3. Download again the game from HERE

tried 800x600, 1024x768, 1152, 1280, 1360, 1920. still no interface.
