Ther is a guide on gyms and E4, this one has megas, so I'm making sure I cover each one with strongest against them and making sure I have a full team of 100s. I would take a look at the guide and I probably would level those 80s to 100 before going back. Dragons den is a good place to level.

    If you have 3 lvl 100s, and 2 80+ and can't beat them, the problem isn't the game, it's you.
