I have taken notice that your account was merged incorrectly, you seemingly have chosen the Red Server as the account you wish to have merged to Silver Server, although all your progression was on the Blue Server, causing you to reset your story progression to the very beginning, was this intentional or no?

If it wasn't, please have a look at the quote below stated in the Merge FAQ:

Q: I accidentally chose the wrong main server and now all my gym badges are missing!

A: This is why we added a confirmation box to ensure that players would select their proper server. However, staff can assist and unmerge your account if you chose the wrong server as main; note however that this offer is only available once and exclusively if you never traded on Silver server. In the worst case scenario, you will need to do your story quest over again, but you should have kept your Pokemon and items.

As stated by the quote, I'm willing to offer you the ability unmerge your account and merge to the correct server, in this care for you it would be the Blue Server, if it happens to be the case that you mistakenly merged the incorrect server.

 

However, if it was intentional to choose the incorrect server for the merge and just to start from the very beginning once more to replay through the regions, I can swap out your Johto Pokemon for the Kanto Pokemon in your PC.

Hello there! Sorry for the inconvenience!

 

I would like to inform you that your account has been successfully unmerged.

In order to begin merging your accounts please go to the Dashboard and login.

Your account has 41 hours on Blue Server, and 0 hours on Red Server, so please remember to select Blue Server as your main server if you want your progression be restored to you.

In order to merge your account, use the spoilers below as a guide:

Log into your dashboard and click the [Merge is required] button:

Select the desired merge option; once you get the successful merge dialogue, you're done!

 

 

 

After that you should have successfully merged your account. Keep in mind, a common error that occurs after a merge is showing you the message "Invalid Username/Password." All you will have to do is change your password to something alphanumerical. A-Z, 0-9. Do not use special characters like, $ #@. If you have any worries or other questions about the Merge, I would recommend you have a look at the Merge FAQ first.
