I'm not Staff, but I'll try to answer your question: In theory, if you talked to the boxes, you should be able to turn your Rotom Fan into a regular Rotom, and then be able to evolve again.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that, as stated above, you can change the form of Rotom in the same way you did it the first time. You can change the form as many time as you prefer.

In specific, you simply have to go in one of the following locations, interact with the boxes and choose the form of Rotom you most prefer.

Celadon Mart 2

Goldenrod Mart 3

Lilycove Department Store 4F

Veilstone Department Store 1F

Do note that each Appliance corresponds to a different form of Rotom. They are as follows:

Recall = Base Rotom

Microwave Oven = Rotom-Heat

Washing Machine = Rotom-Wash

Refrigerator = Rotom-Frost

Electric Fan = Rotom-Fan

Lawnmower = Rotom-Mow
