We, The PRO Staff Team, value the time you took out of your day to report this bug for us, as we are nonexistent without the help of our community. However that being said, I can 100 percent confirm that this is not a bug. This is because Spinda cannot learn the move Superpower. Down below, I have linked a list of all the Pokemon that can learn Superpower, you will notice that Spinda is not on that list. However that being said, we here at PRO value everyone's input, especially that of our community. Down below, I have added the link to the Suggestion Sub forum.
