resolved Destination host unreachable error (new client dev version)

Hello there, I face an error whenever i open the new 'developer client' it shows the error- destination host unreachable. I know this happens due to network errors, but my network is fine. As a proof-

What I tried-

run as Administrator

Granted 'full access' permission

Checked internet thrice.
