Error / Bug After downloading new Client (Stucked)

Excuse me Staff, GM and fellow members,

IGN : Hayoungie

Server : Silver

 

I had an issue right after i downloaded the new client for playing PRO as per today (3rd March 2019), The game won't coming out after i changing my area through portal and it kinda stuck everytime i tried to change area, is it caused from the new client ? or maybe it can be fix by myself ? please give me some advice and thank you.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please try to follow the here below procedure and tell me if it solves your issue:

  • Disable your antivirus and firewall
  • Delete/Unistall the old client of PRO and delete all the remaining files
  • Download the latest client from PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD

Do note that sometimes a restart of your device may be required in order to delete/install the application.

If that should solve the problem, please remember to add an exception to your firewall/antivirus and reactivate it.

I Alreaady did all the step above but still having the same problem :(

The game already fixed by now, thank you for the advice Shinohara-sama ^^
