Hello i want to know that is Jet ski better or Surf mount and how much it can cost in poke dollar

It depends on server though. In coins you can simply see it in the coin shop on the top right. If you want to ask for a price check for its cost in Gold or Silver, you can ask here in one of the trade zones:

 

You can see there's a "Rate/Price Checks zone" where you can ask for a pricecheck, and an items zone where you can buy it from someone else.

 

I'd suggest you wait for a Staff to answer you and help you out better than me :) or other users!

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to state as first that the Jet-Ski has the same exact speed of another Surf Mount like the Lapras Mount. This get applied for all the water mounts that have all the same exact speed, exception made for the wailmer surf which is slower than the others.

 

Regard the price checks of any item or Pokémon, i would like to inform you that you have many ways to ask for the price checks for an item/pokémon:

• Using the sub-forums dedicated to the pricechecks/rate: RATE / PRICE CHECK SILVER - RATE / PRICE CHECK GOLD
  
• Using the in-game All Chat, Help Chat & Battle Chat.
  
• Using the #trade channels in our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD
