hey i traded a friend a pokemon to use for a gym that he was having issues with.. without realizing its a region locked pokemon and now he cant return it. i have evidence which i will post below to prove that both he and me are aware of this transaction. i have screenshots of his screen and my conversation with him.

i believe you have transfered both of my gengars to him. i had 2 gengars, one of which knew icy wind rather than thunderbolt. i now have neither of those gengar
