It is not a password problem either because im playing with that account right now.

To address your issue, could please try changing your Email on your Dashboard to a email you haven't used.

Hello, thank you for helping, but this did not resolve the problem =(

I tried logging in with the username and the new e-mail address, but i still see the error message

Im still having this problem, anyone got any ideas?
