It would be a better solution that the community driven wiki which has dissipated. I really like the idea shouldn't be to hard to moderate Red we'll just have to get rid of duplicate threads and make sure that the guides posted go into thorough detail. As Quakkz suggested making a new subforum for it in Player Zone would be fitting.

Do not contact staff members for private support. Share the question on the forums due to being of use to others. Please use proper forum. Unsolicited messages will be trashed. Thanks.

I'd say you can do both. Red checks the guides section to see if everything is fine, while users can create a wiki page called "Pokemon Revolution Online" and add the different guides taken from the forum. The user can easily find what he needs on the forum or in the wiki page, at the same time the wiki page will give the opportunity to introduce the game to more people (google keywords and more). It will require more work of course to manage the wiki site.
