can u tell us ur dex details and the trigger for celebi? cuz i got over 400 both regions completed but only 85 evo data</r>

<t>I havent completed The Johto dex (lack of Elekid n Blissey), but I still can see a Celebi nearby the shrine in Ilex forest (also completed 2 quests above). I think its evolved amount problem. Maybe u must have more than 100 evolved pkms in your pkdex to get Celebi's seen data.<br/>

Btw my evolved data is 172</t>
