its not 750+ hours there are people on blue server with it right now and no one is close to 750 people on blue have like 400+ with celibi</t>

Do you mean (a)"choose the reward but no stone in bag" or (b)"no any option for reward" ?<br/>

if (a), it's normal, if (b), try to report to staff for the issue.<br/>

But the stone is not affect you to get the G.S. Ball (also the celebi).</r>

He says that he needs to continue with research or something, i got celebi and still cany get a stone from him.</r>

It's fine , staff will fix the legend dogs summon stone if the quest updated.<br/>
