Might be the playtime. Even Mew quest requires more than 320 hours, iirc.<br/>

They did reduce the required playtime (it used to be 1000 hours!), but I don't know what's the new required playtime......</r>

<t>maby something to know i only have 405 game hours i got all johto and kanto pokemon seen/caught 121 evolutions and i was able to get the gs ball i cant get any of the legendary dog stones but ill figure that out later maby u need the game hours there. But im posting this to say u can get gs ball with 405 hours not 700+</t>

Nice, but i guess the time required different between Red and Blue server?<br/>

Or some of the people can't get it because of another missing thing, such as evolved number.</r>
