On this screen I have everything done and got the GS Ball back, now im just waiting for it being 00:00 to speak with the shrine<br/>

So at the very least your pokedex should look like this:<br/>

Owned: 240<br/>

Seen: 251<br/>

Evolved: 121<br/>

* Earlier this year, you could get the mew seen data without EVER doing the mew quest, because there was a trainer in the special ev farming safari zone which had a mew, so I am not sure if you need its data. Sadly they were removed by the time I came back to the game, so its not possible to get the mew data from there anymore.<br/>

Furthermore, the Dog quest is not the same as the Celebi Quest. The Dog quest is connected to Scientist Rey, and with my current stats I could not get him to speak with me, he is still doing his research, because I dont have enough playtime yet.<br/>

Doing it up to the part where you battle the beast trio around Johto, is required for obtaining Celebi though, since you need to have the seen data for the beast trio in your Dex. And I think the Ho-Oh encounter is also tied to that.<br/>

But yes, the dog trio + Ho-Oh part is actually a separate quest.</r>
