First Shayman regular form shouldt bee banned because is RU and Mew and Celebi arent banned and air slash on shayman has only 30 chance of flinch so toggekis is more op so unban Shayman regular form.

Hello Logica,

 

as explained in the announcement made by me, Shaymin (Land) form is currently able to get illegal movesets such as Flamethrower, Icebeam etc therefore it is banned till this is fixed.

A fix is already uploaded but has to be tested, once this is done we have to remove all illegal movesets from Shaymin's and then will be unbanned.

Hope that clarifies it.

Wouldn't it make more sense to ban those illegal moves on regular shaymin in ranked instead of banning the whole poke?

We considered that but it is simply not practical for us given certain circumstances I can not reveal. :/ We will unban it the second it is fixed.
