When I wanted to buy TM53 'Energy Ball' today in the market I noticed the TM wasn't Energy Ball as it is supposed to be (https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/TM), but it was Psyshock.

Now I don't know whether this is a bug or not, but if so I'd like to see it fixed.

what do you mean? you don't get better iv'd pokemon if you're member, since iv's are random for everyone.

It's not a bug, the TM list in PRO isn't exactly the same as in official game, although a few are the same (for example, Thunderbolt is still TM24)
